SAFE-AIR is the Anesthesia Incident Reporting system for ANPSO. Reporting events, near miss events, complications, behavior or equity events, or even opportunities to learn allows us to create a collaborative learning environment. The SAFE-AIR reporting system is applicable for all events in a healthcare system and encompasses all utilizers and providers of healthcare services to include visitors and vendors.
